You’ll work directly with Founder & CEO, Teri Thomas, helping to grow Beyond & Co. behind the scenes by supporting content, marketing, social media, operations and special projects.

Initially, the role will focus primarily on supporting the growth and marketing of Beyond & Co. itself. Over time, there will also be opportunities to support client projects and content delivery.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping build things, takes initiative and gets s**t done.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Repurposing founder and executive thought leadership content

  • Supporting content planning and social media coordination

  • Researching industry trends, insights and content opportunities

  • Supporting newsletters, website updates and marketing campaigns

  • Organising content, assets and project workflows

  • Supporting events, workshops and community initiatives

  • Assisting with proposals, presentations and operational tasks

  • Helping improve systems, processes and client experience as the business grows

This Role Could Be Ideal For Someone Who:

  • Has 1–3 years’ marketing, communications and/or content experience

  • Is early in their career and wants exposure to multiple areas of a growing business

  • Has freelanced, interned or worked in a marketing, communications or content role

  • Wants to learn directly from a founder building a scaling business

  • Enjoys taking ownership and figuring things out

If You Are…

  • Highly organised and proactive

  • Digitally native and quick to learn

  • A strong communicator

  • Experienced in, or have studied, branding, marketing or communications

  • Someone who follows through and takes ownership

You’ll Probably Enjoy:

  • Working in fast-moving environments

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:

  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

  • LinkedIn, Instagram or YouTube content

  • Squarespace, HubSpot or Asana

  • Copywriting or content repurposing

  • Events or community management
