We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and tech-confident Marketing & Content Coordinator to provide freelance support across content, marketing, operations and events.
The Opportunity
You’ll collaborate with Founder & CEO, Teri Thomas, supporting Beyond & Co. across content, marketing, social media, operations and special projects.
Initially, the focus will be on supporting the growth and marketing of Beyond & Co. itself. Over time, there may also be opportunities to support client projects and content delivery.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping build things, takes initiative and gets s**t done.
Responsibilities may include:
Repurposing thought leadership content
Supporting content planning and social media coordination
Researching industry trends, insights and content opportunities
Supporting newsletters, website updates and marketing campaigns
Organising content, assets and project workflows
Supporting events, workshops and community initiatives
Assisting with proposals, presentations and operational tasks
Helping improve systems, processes and client experience as the business grows
This Opportunity Could Be Ideal For Someone Who:
Has experience in marketing, communications, content or a related field
Enjoys variety and working across multiple areas of a growing business
Has worked on marketing, communications or content projects, either independently or as part of a team
Is self-motivated, resourceful and enjoys taking ownership
Enjoys helping turn ideas into action
If You Are…
Highly organised and proactive
Confident using digital platforms and quick to learn new tools
A strong communicator
Experienced in, or have studied, branding, marketing or communications
Someone who follows through and takes ownership

Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
